So, some of my regular clients have asked me to create meals at home and drop them up. At the beginning I was apprehensive to say the least, but after narrowing down some dishes, taking into consideration safety as well as precaution, I was able to perfect some excellent meals to create a choice for people to select.

I've also had to drop prices but not standard. So, if you are into a very health option, something different for the family or yourself, have a look at just some of the options below and get in contact for a quick chat or order.

I have created for people meals for a day or up to 4-5 days of meal selections to just place in your fridge (or freezer) and eat when required. Meals range from $10-15 per person with minimum of two orders and just in the McHenry Area.

It's a fun, healthy option to have if you are sick of unhealthy takeout and a way to support local business during this Covid-19 moment we are all living through.

1. My Vegan Shepard’s Pie. I Usually Use Beyond Meat, But Can Substitute Real Beef No Problem. Very Tasty.

4. Creamy Shrimp Or Chicken (Your Choice) Risotto With Onion, Garlic, And Lemon. Parmesan Cheese.

6. Fragrant Light Shrimp, Sweet Potato And Coconut Curry With Basmati Rice
7. Oven Baked Sweet Potato And Bean Enchiladas With Creamy Guacamole and Cheese (Beef can be added)
8. Mushroom, Chicken, Roast Pepper, Garlic And Cream Penne Pasta.
9. Potato Cauliflower Red Lentil Curry (Chicken or Shrimp)
10. Lentil Mushroom Stew Over Mashed Potatoes (Meatless meatballs are really good with this)
11. 1-Pot Butternut Squash Quinoa Chili (Chicken or Shrimp)
12. Korma Stuffed Sweet Potatoes With A Garlic Tahini Dressing (Chicken or Shrimp)
13. Creamy Red Lentil Curry (Chicken or Shrimp)
14. Easy Vegan Chickpea Curry With Potatoes (Chicken or Shrimp)
15. Creamy Vegan Bean And Aubergine Casserole (Chicken or Shrimp, or Meatless meatballs)

16. Moroccan Chickpea Tagine Stew (Chicken or Shrimp)
17. 1-Pot Squash Yellow Curry (Chicken or Shrimp)
18. 1-Pan Smoked Paprika Bolognese (again, even though Beyond Meat is more expensive than regular minced beef, it taste as good (even better).
19. Mexican Quinoa Stuffed Peppers (can be done with minced beef or chicken)
20. Baked Sweet Potato With Garam Masala Chickpeas (chicken)
